Holly Cottage situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park offering easy access to many local places of interest. www.peakdistrict.org

It is a short walk into the small village of Woolley Moor where much of the original Village was demolished in 1959 to make way for the construction of Ogston reservoir, which is now a site of Special Scientific Interest offering a selection of wild bird habitats and boasts a wide variety of visiting migrating species. Ogston Bird Club is one of the largest clubs in Britain.
